Production, with boundaries

Define a paid production pilot

Small enough to review properly. Specific enough to prove the handoff.

Illustrative controlled document production layers

Choose permitted source

Start with one public or synthetic low-complexity document. The purpose is to assess source fidelity, review evidence and communication without exposing an unpublished issuer draft. The agreed operator and review process must fit the assignment, even for a small paid task.

Agree the assignment

  • One exact production layer and a source/complexity limit.
  • Named request coordinator and final reviewer.
  • Files, proof, comparison evidence and manifest to return.
  • One included correction round or another explicit allowance.
  • Price, payment arrangement, source cutoff and time-zone-specific delivery target.

Review the delivery

Compare text and numbers, inspect tables and assets, examine unresolved decisions and confirm the proof matches the package version. A synthetic demo is not official acceptance evidence.

Debrief and next steps

Discuss defects, revision friction, communication and measured time. Expand to a second controlled batch only after the review owner is comfortable. Do not jump straight to all-form tagging or unlimited emergency capacity.

Begin with scope—not files

The enquiry planner prepares a non-confidential brief locally. Email the non-confidential brief to info@edgar-conversion.online; confidential handoff is arranged separately.
