Privacy notice — website behavior, scope boundaries and visitor controls.

Illustrative controlled document production layers

Website and contact

This notice applies to edgar-conversion.online, which uses the EDGAR Conversion service brand. For privacy questions or requests, email info@edgar-conversion.online. The website is not a confidential-document submission portal.

Website requests and hosting

Serving the website may involve processing an IP address, request time, requested page, browser information and security logs through the hosting provider. Hosting and email providers may process technical information under their own terms. This notice does not claim that those providers keep no logs.

Enquiries and email

The on-page planner creates an enquiry in your browser. It does not send fields to a website database. If you select the email link, your email application opens a draft; you decide whether to send it. If you send an enquiry, the recipient receives your email address, message and associated email metadata so the enquiry can be addressed. Do not send confidential source documents or credentials through an initial enquiry.

Browser preferences

The first-party preference record is named edgar-consent-v3 and is saved when you choose Google consent preferences. This does not describe all storage used by third-party integrations. It contains a policy version, optional-category choices and a timestamp. It expires after 180 days and can be cleared through Cookie settings. The enquiry planner does not persist the fields you enter.

Tracking and third parties

This website loads Google Analytics (G-V8ETC2JRRM), Google Tag Manager (GTM-MSD9FNCB) and a Jotform AI Agent embed. These services receive technical requests when their resources load. Google optional storage defaults to denied until a current saved choice or a new choice grants it. Decline sends denied Google consent signals; it does not block scripts, and limited signals may still be transmitted. The contents of the Tag Manager container and its third-party consent configuration have not been audited. Jotform runs independently of this Google preference panel; chat messages and technical information may be processed by Jotform under its terms. Do not submit confidential documents, credentials or sensitive personal information through chat. Vendor data handling, retention and processing locations must be reviewed by the site operator.

Production information and processing locations

A confidential production assignment requires a separate written scope and an approved transfer route. Processing locations, authorized people, permitted tools and retention are agreed during onboarding, before confidential material is shared. The website makes no guarantee of processing exclusively in any particular country.

Retention and privacy requests

Email enquiries are handled for responding to the request, related service discussions and legitimate recordkeeping or legal requirements. You can request access, correction, deletion or other applicable privacy rights through info@edgar-conversion.online. Requests are assessed according to applicable law and identity verification proportionate to the request; some records may need to be retained. Production-file retention is agreed separately.

Updates

This notice may change if the website, vendors or enquiry workflow changes. It is a description of this site’s behavior, not a claim of universal legal compliance. Legal contracting identity and assignment-specific data handling should be confirmed before a paid engagement.

Google optional storage is denied by default. These controls send Google consent signals and remember your choice for up to 180 days. They do not block third-party script loading or control Jotform chat. Tags inside Tag Manager must be configured to respect consent.

Read the storage and integration inventory. Do not share confidential files or credentials in the chat.
